I was honored to host a Fourth of July Party in the middle of New York City with Jedediah Bila, Pete Hegseth, and Ed Henry of Fox & Friends. I taught Pete why the reverse- sear method is essential to a good steak, especially a tri-tip. Jedediah and I whipped up some chimichurri from my book, Grill Seeker: Basic Training for Everyday Grilling. Ed made sure everyone got some great grilled foods by passing out my dishes to the crowd.
